Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onlynk.me ("the Service"), operated by CHAFFY TECH ("we", "our", or "the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

onlynk.me is a SaaS platform that allows users to create and manage "link in bio" pages, providing a centralized location for sharing multiple online links. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

By using onlynk.me, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activities;
  • Post or share any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others;
  • Engage in any activity that could harm the Service or disrupt the experience of other users;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
  • Use bots, automated systems, or scripts to access or interact with the Service without permission.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans require payment and provide additional features. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any partial billing periods.

6. Referral Program

We offer a referral program that allows users to earn 15% of the revenue generated by users they refer to the Service ("Referrals"). The following terms apply to the referral program:

  • You must have an active account to participate in the referral program.
  • The 15% commission is calculated based on the net revenue generated by your Referrals, excluding any applicable taxes or fees.
  • Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
  • Referral earnings will be credited to your account and may be withdrawn or applied to your subscription fees, subject to any minimum payout thresholds we may establish.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Any attempt to abuse the referral program, such as through fraudulent referrals or self-referral, will result in the forfeiture of all referral earnings and may lead to the suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to onlynk.me, including the platform design, software, and trademarks, are the property of CHAFFY TECH. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent from us.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service, and any data or content associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAFFY TECH will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in France.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
